The rules are simple. ------------------------------- 1. The character abides by Scratch's ToS. 2. If the Character is a concept or a joke, put it in the title project or the Notes & Credits. It won't be accepted as an upcoming character if not followed(but maybe if its funny enough). 3. When editing the Template, don't change the hitbox costumes, or the character won't work/work weirdly when imported. ------------------------------- Remix this project and click "See Inside" for the things you can edit.
