Princess Zelda had put on her cloak and ran in the moonlight. Wind, running through her long hair, flapping her cloak like a superhero. "Stop following me!" She screamed behind her. She ran as fast as she could in her brown boots, but her speed was not fast enough for the speed of her own guard, Link. She wanted to get away from the Castle, just for a day, she thought. But to her inconvinience, Link was sleeping right outside her door. It was impossible to escape the castle with Link around. She ran at full speed, but tripped on a small Rock. She fell face first in the grass. She got herself up. Link was there, waiting for her. "Your Highness." He said. "What are you doing?" "What do you think?" She snapped, not being able to look at his moon-glinted face. "I just wanted to go out for a bit!" She expected Link to be angry, or drag her back to the Castle, but he just smiled and shook his head. "You are one of a kind, you know." He sat down and pulled out some sticks. "I am sure a night would be fine." He said as he sparked a flame. He patted the ground next to him, guesturing for her to sit down. Zelda hesitantly sat down. "So your really okay with me not being at the Castle? Won't you get in trouble?" She asked. Link stared at the fire. "I used to sit by the fire every night with my father and sister. We would sit and talk and smile. My father would even cut a leaf and tell us about the Koroks. He would act them out. To be honest, even I want to be away from the castle a little bit. I wont tell your father unless it becomes nesessary." Zelda watched his fire glown face as he told his story. "You'd do that for me?" She asked. "Why not?" He asked. He smiled a flashing smile that Zelda would of paid anything to see. Deep down, she knew that she would always have something for Link, even in the times she felt like hating him. But as she watched the ash from the fire rise up against the glimmorish moon, she leaned back and wondered what the future may have in store for them.
