Controls ----------- - C to close the door and V to open it again - 1 to access office camera, 2 to access cafeteria camera, 3 to access meeting room camera, 4 to access the CEO office camera, 5 to access the hallway camera and 0 to switch back to the security office. - Left arrow key to close the left vent for a certain amount of time. - Right arrow key to close the right vent and right arrow key again to open it. - E to access the computer and fix sabotages if there are some - R to reset the fan but only works if the right and left vent is open and not sabotaged and the cameras aren't in use - Click the electrical shaft map below the left vent (If you are playing on Enhanced Hiding Mode) to turn it on or off. Hints [Read if you find the game hard] --------------------------------------------- - The red lines on the camera map represent hallways, the blue represent vents and orange represents electricity shafts. Movement across hallways can be detected on camera, movement across vents will have metal crawling sounds and moving across electricity shafts are silent. - If the hallway camera is completely dark, an entity is trying to get in through the door requiring you to shut the door before they get in. - If you don't check the cameras enough, a hallucination will appear, requiring you to find it's true location. - You need to remember where an entity was before they climb in the vents. Being in the hallway or CEO Office occasionally likely means they're going to the right vent. Outside the door or in the Meeting Room on harder difficulties means they are going to the left vent. - If it gets too hot and the fan monitor says ERROR, you will lose power faster. - Most of the entities have a different appearance on the sonar device in the CEO Office. The main entity and The Unseen block the ultrasound from bouncing off the wall. Power Breaker prevents the ultrasound from returning. Intruder prevents the ultrasound from ever coming out. - The Intruder spawns on a timer. Looking at the office camera will pause it. Intruder moving between rooms is similar until it reaches the hallway. At the hallway, you need to occasionally look at it to stop it from entering the right vent. - The Unseen will spawn when the power is low or when it is past 2 am. You must rely on sound as only the CEO Office Camera works on it. When the entity reaches the hallway, you must close the door and wait until it goes back to the CEO Office. - The Unseen can also spawn when the power runs out.
Context ------------ You are at an office building and you are investigating a myth that this building has a lurker during the night. You are in the security office and you must see the if the myth is true. The office power turns off at 10PM and stays off until 7AM. Fortunately, the additional power collected during the day should supply you through the night. Good luck. You're gonna need it. Difficulty ------------ You can select a difficulty slider to be anywhere from level 0 to level 10. Level 0 should be less tense but be careful incase it comes. Level 10 adds a new character to the chaos and things go into pandemonium and is very anxiety inducing. Playing the game on Difficulty 10/10/15 mode is what I would consider impossible so be warned! 0/0/0 mode is easy as the main entity is less likely to end your game. In the extra options list, you can add a new character called Intruder. For a difficult experience with Intruder, it is best to select difficulty 8/9 or 10. This character may not be active in difficulties 5 or lower (I may fix this). Another character you can add is one called The Unseen. I've now added more options for the characters to hide at using electricity shafts. Note this is in beta and I'm planning on allowing all characters to use as only a few can do this.
