See project and READ ALL HERE! .sci = Scratch Code Image format, used for putting images into copy-paste codes like the ones used to save level editor levels in Scratch. This project is giving the traditional typeable form (§666 (AAH SCARY NUMBER) for #FFFFFF) and the compressed form (ù for #FFFFFF) of the SCI Color Format. Btw complete transparency is ≡ when compressed and [eraser tool] while making pixel art. IMPORTANT! If you input a hex/SCI code and the cSCI code comes back blank, IT'S STILL A SYMBOL! It is a blank symbol, but still there. Copy it how you'd normally copy it (unless you normally right click, then copy it with Ctrl+C/Cmd+C), and if you wanna check to make sure you've selected it right, you can just re-paste it into the question box after restarting. IMPORTANT! SCI Color Format does NOT support partial transparency! (That would be 1296 different compressed characters instead of the current 342 ! (+1 for complete transparency))
for some reason it doesn't work until you put at least 1 hex code so do that (space inbetween the 216 and ! for no r/unexpectedfactorial lol) please tell me if there are any bugs pleasepleaseplease Why can't I seem to make a SINGLE PROJECT without including registers nowadays? THIS IS YOUR FAULT MATTBATWINGS /lh btw yes i included the registers incase you wanted to see them OH MY GOSH THIS TOOK ME SO LONG guess the longest part cSCI!!!!! ohmygosh i can't believe how long that took that took like, 4 hours nocap but it's FINALLY DONE YAYAYAYA I hope people can use this to their advantage now! aaaaaafgdsajdsjfhg i'm dead after coding this aaaaa YES you can put the code into your own project, just GIVE CREDIT! IMPORTANT: While importing and exporting the cSCI file, remove the " line in Notepad or something. If you keep the " in the file, then it will COMPLETELY BREAK the text file when importing it back. Then after importing it back, you need to manually add back the " and the , because 1: you removed " manually and 2: Scratch removes the , automatically. I know, confusing. hehe saha's color code is §046/Y, and because the blue is 3/3 and the green is 2/3, it is the same value in SCI as in Hex! (though i don't know about the darkened version, §034/P) funny thing, because i included 2 extra symbols in the actual cSCI list, ≡ and ≤ are both valid with the same code as §100/n (because they're §1000 and §1001 respectively, and the way i'm doing this will cut off anything past the first 4* digits (*including §, not including § the first 3 digits)) WAY TOO LATE I REALIZED THAT SCRATCH MAKES NO DISTINCTION BETWEEN UPPERCASE AND LOWERCASE :sobs: thankfully it was easy-ISH to fix i'm still mad tho that was 30 minutes of my day fixing it FUN FACT: § in cSCI is §250 in SCI! FUN FACT: §250 in cSCI is §250 §002 §005 §000 in SCI! FUN FACT: I'm using this for §044 §024 §032 §016 §033 §044 §040 §005 §007 (no i'm not even hiding it just decode it urself if u wanna know) ;
