Press space/tap the screen to continue. Arrow keys also work. lol sorry for the really long introduction. I won't be offended if you just skim part 3. 1. Of course we're starting with Fittes! Oldest and most prestigious of agencies, started by Marissa Fittes. It took me a hot minute deciding how to do the uniform, but I think I like the end result. Got all the supplies. Oh, btw, the supplies will vary depending on each company's preferences. Some will only use backpacks, for example, while others may only use satchels. Most offer both. Colors: Silver, grey (as mentioned in the books ofc) Logo: Rearing unicorn with a lantern. 2. A couple of other variations on the Fittes uniform I was considering. 3. Rotwell! Second oldest agency and the most well known, due to their publicity campaigns. Colors: Red, yellow (uniforms are noted as being 'wine-red' and later 'burgundy') Logo: Mentioned many times to be a lion 4. Tendy & Sons, fourth largest agency by A. J. Lockwood's measure, solver of the Wailing Tree affair, known for figuring out Lord Adbury's identity in an issue of True Hauntings. As far as I've read, they've never mentioned a uniform color, so I went with orange. Logo: Looped chains 5. Bunchurch, the agency which according to Lockwood 8 of the 10 people are useless. Brief description on pages 72-73 of the Hollow Boy. Lucy observes some pale girls in mustard outfits collect around Adam Bunchurch. Though she takes a second to, uh, describe him before telling us who he is. Color: 'Mustard' colored uniforms. Logo: I don't think it's mentioned (Please correct me if I'm wrong), so I made my own. 6. Grimble--we do actually know of one person in this agency: A listener named Leora Jones (63 of TCS) Colors: Funnily enough, Stroud's description of the color of the Grimble uniform changes from 'lavender hues' to 'pea soup green' and back, sooo...I did the uniform in both colors (see #8) Logo: Fox 7. The alternative color. I guess it's one of those Kat/Kate things, huh? 8. Mellingcamp! You know, I don't think this agency is ever discussed with details, it's just vague 'Mellingcamp agents were there' or that one amazingly descriptive 'look there's the pink striped blazers of Mellingcamp' , that's all I had to go off of. Which, granted, is better than some of the other agencies in which the only thing that was mentioned was their names :P Color: Pink and striped. Logo: Not mentioned as far as I know, so I just did crossed rapiers. 9. Tamworth! Oddly enough, as with Grimble, the description of the uniform changes. It's originally sky-blue, then canary yellow and back. Soooo I did two versions again (See 11) Logo: Don't think it was mentioned, so I did the generic crossed rapiers again. 10. The canary yellow version. Slight change in the chest design. 11. Atkins & Armstrong! Again, no specific details provided that I found, though by all means correct me if I'm wrong. Color: I went with brown for no specific reason. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Logo: I don't think one was mentioned so I did a circle of chains. 12. Dullop & Tweed--the only thing I think they mentioned was the 'all-seeing owl' as the logo used on the float in The Hollow Boy. If they're mentioned again, I missed it. Also, love those boots. Colors: Not mentioned, but it had a sort of dark blue feel to it, so I went with that. Logo: All-Seeing Owl 13. Staines. They're only mentioned in the passing, on page 59 of the Hollow Boy. Not really any details provided. Colors: Not brought up, so I went with a kind of sage green. Logo: Again, never mentioned, so I went with an eagle. 14. Epstein and Hawkes--You know, all I had to go on was three words: Epstein. And. Hawkes. That's all I found. The sizing in this one looks kinda off... Color: Went with a magenta. I was kind of imagining it the texture of velvet. Logo: Decided on a dragon✨ 15. Hambleton! ... ... ...this was all DEFINITELY not based on the fact that the word 'ham' is in 'Hambleton'. Nope. Obviously not. Color: Light pink, light brown, light grey. Any similarity to any food items are purely coincidental. Logo: ...yup. 16. Sinclair & Soanes*. This is a spoiler-free project, so I'm not gonna say anything here, but if you've read the whole series but don't remember where this is from, scroll all the way down. If you don't want a spoiler, DON'T SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN IN THE NOTES & CREDITS. Color: Not mentioned, but it really felt like it should be periwinkle. Logo: *Say it with me!* Not Mentioned! I went with lavender because of the color scheme. Okay, at some point I'm going to add the Jacob & Co psycical investigators uniform and add it on here, but honestly I kinda tired myself out of drawing more uniforms for a little while :P Until then: the Bonuses! 18. This is what I imagine the Sunrise Corporation seal to be. Kinda random, I know, but they manufacture a lot of agency material so I was like, might as well. Uhh I kinda ran out of space so I'll continue in the notes & credits section
Commentary continued: 19 & 20. Details of Lockwood's famous coat and the contents of its numerous pockets! Sometimes the Fig. 3 pockets get oddly sticky. Once, Lucy asked Lockwood for gum, and when he handed it to her, she was puzzled to find the wrapper was covered in glitter. OH NO I FORGOT THE CLAW MARKS FROM MS. BARRETT'S TOMB! *sigh* Also just a note: There are a lot more version of Seals than the simple box I drew, like rings and jars and necklaces and silver chain nets, and I'm sure they carry more than that but I began running out of space, so...guess they'll have to do. Update 1/20/25: Added Sebright agency! Thanks to @ravenwing300 for finding it again! Color: Light yellow and I went with a kind of olive for the darker parts. Logo: Went with a lantern for no specific reason ofc :P The End! Credit to Jonathon Stroud ofc! Thanks for this amazing book series! The link to the deleted scene @Ithenny found and posted: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/682419414 Credit to @Ithenny for finding the scene and making the project and thanks to Jonathon Stroud for making and posting it! I used this blazer for inspiration for the Mellingcamp uniform: https://www.modaoperandi.com/women/p/alex-perry/tailored-twill-lurex-pinstripe-blazer/642496?slid=2b15a234-24df-4719-aed4-b554a5d428ec&AID=14331774&PID=7412067&cjevent=09395a06825e11ef809e33bd0a82b820&utm_medium=affiliate&medium=affiliate&source=Stylight%20Inc.&utm_source=Stylight%20Inc. But seriously though my first attempt at a pink striped blazer was so ugly XD Oh yeah and I found this image of a lion that is so perfect for the Rotwell logo: https://i.etsystatic.com/39635448/r/il/83fa60/4822568259/il_fullxfull.4822568259_hylg.jpg I didn't base my drawing off it, but I thought it would be cool to share :) Art by me. Please don't use without my persmission! *The one Flo used to be a part of
