[ORIGINALLY SHARED OCT 08 2024] Read all the way to the bottom to see how your animation could be SR canon ;] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rivals at Home is a project I started for Scratch Rivals animators and Non-SR-Animators when they're bored! (this also gives me time to make episodes while keeping the community entertained) if you want, you can make an Scratch Rivals short that goes whichever way you like! there are a couple rules, but they aren't too crazy. Just make sure to follow them all! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. it must be monochrome / grayscale (black, white, and shades of gray) 2. it can take place anywhere BUT locations featured in Scratch Rivals (Waffol please I’m being serious) It can also take place in the Rival House [the backgrounds included in the project] 3. it can be animated on places other than scratch if you want, just tag me on whatever you post it on and tell me here 4. use the title and credit cards inside and title your project or video "Rivals at Home - (short title)" PLEASE I BEG OF YOU PUT THE INTRO AT THE BEGINNING DO NOT PUT ANYTHING BEFORE IT 5. all voice acting must be done by YOU. I won't take silent shorts, but it wouldn't hurt to make one :) if it’s good enough I’ll VA it and you’ll still make it 6. no foul language or adult content. SR is rated PG. look at what that allows and then make your short. 7. use royalty free music please, or you can make your own! (just make sure to send it to me separately) if you make your own soundtrack that makes it way more likely to get featured 8. it has to be at least 1:30, make it high effort or low effort, it just has to follow the rules (don’t make It too low effort though) 9. if it's not funny I’m not posting it 10. if you make it in, I’ll post it on my YouTube channel, and you keep all credit :D ------------------------------------------------------------------------ that's it! Rivals at Home canonically takes place AFTER seasons one and two and doubles as a Season 3 / Season B (as in Bonus), so if you make it in, your short is canon to SR and you will be credited as part of the cast! go crazy!
