this is an idea I've had for a while. it would be a side arc where I would be capturing the most dangerous goobers. no-one else has to get involved it won't interfere with any main arcs (hopefully). it will be humane to the goobers and they won't be harmed (hopefully). I won't go ahead with it if @qwertyuiug says I can't.
sparkloon being there doesn't mean sparkloon arc 3 is happening its just there in case sparkloon arc 3 does happen
