Lately, I've seen people misinterpreting the meaning of being bi (bisexual) as well as the label being lumped in with being pan (pansexual). I want to clear up everything, as well as get rid of some common stereotypes. Bisexuality (in a nutshell) is being attracted to genders both like and unlike your own. Unlike pansexuality, you do not feel attracted to all genders. For example, you could identify as nonbinary and be attracted to enbies, girls, boys, and bigender people. This would be bisexual, because you are not attracted to all genders like pansexuality, even though you are attracted to some wider genders.
