Cookie padded out from her shack and noticed the scent of fresh blood. Her eyes darted until she saw the trouble. Her mother, Shelly, was laying on the ground, a slash across her neck and her chest. Cookie rushed over, panic swelling in her gut. Lily looked over at her, tears in her eyes. "A Summerclan warrior came and attacked us " she cried. Cookie went silent, her fur bristling with anger. "We will get our revenge, no matter what I do, I'll find the cat who did this, even if it kills me."
