This poem was written by me a few years ago when I was debating coming out and how to do it. I was contemplating everything...weighing pros and cons, how I would be received, and how my family would feel about it. I titled this poem "Hmmmmm" which 5 'm's very intentionally; it was something I was thinking very heavily about. I originally only wrote this poem, and it was titled 'Coming Out' but then I ended up renaming it and writing 'Hmmmmm--Part 2' a few weeks later as an expansion of my thoughts.
