Legend is a child of Apollo, and her powers work a bit differently from others they are solar flare/sun power/ radioactivity themed. (gonna edit this more later when I have free time) Anyway, she is also partially blind and mute, so she signs. It is hard to see but she has Vertiligo. (where you have white splotches on your skin) also freckles.
