Hand-drawn on Scratch by @chunkchipmunk. Featuring Keroppi, Pompompurin, and Tuxedo Sam! This entry doesn't exactly have the "spooky" factor but I tried. I based this off of Halloween costumes (pumpkin, pumpkin vampire [pumkinpire?], and wizard). These characters were really fun to draw and I'm happy with the results either way.
