This project began a couple of years ago when I realized there are no super accurate versions of the original Legend of Zelda on Scratch, and creating one seemed like a reasonable goal Sporadic work on the project has resulted in this: the entire overworld of the game, with enemies, complete. Now, not all of the caves are functioning, there is no menu system, and some things may be a little buggy (I honestly haven't worked on this in multiple months), but this version does have the Lost Woods/Hills, the first 3 rooms of the first dungeon, accurate looking graphics, all overworld enemies, bombable walls, loot tables that mirror the actual game as closely as possible, some usable items, background music, and more I may not continue working on this project, and I am in the process of switching to using Unity, so this might be the most final version Scratch will get. To my knowledge, however, even this unfinished version is more accurate and complete then anything else on Scratch Thank you for reading through this entire thing, and thank you for playing the game!
