They are only available in restricted formats in competitive play so that why "Restricted" is in the title @ac55636 for the original Some Reasons why for ranking. Zacian is cool and all, I just CAN'T STAND IT in Sword & Shield, IT IS TOO OVERPOWERED! (I'm happy it got nerfed into the ground by Game Freak in Scarlet & Violet) Same reason for Xerneas, although it's higher because it doesn't show up very often Zamazenta was my first Legendary I owned
