Change the direction of the line with the 'Direction' slider. Offset the center of the line with the 'Center X' or 'Center Y' sliders. You can hide everything but the cool lines with the 'Hide Decals' slider. You can animate the rotation with the 'Is Animated' slider, and change the animation speed with the 'Animation Speed' slider.
