watch I would recommend USING THIS IN BITMAP.
I found out this animation skill works in both bitmap and vector. I personally like using bitmap for this method but i'll make another tutorial specifically for vector. I'm sorry the arms are really weird he originally had no arms and I didn't like it like that.(the character sucks anyway)
