Use turbo mode if you don't feel like waiting 10 years for it. there isn't a difference The lower the number, the flatter the room is lol.
The higher the VFK, the higher the complexity. The least complex is set to 0.0001 and the most at 3,500. This will take a little longer to render because of the amount of detail involved.
