Granted gifts by the God of the night sky, individuals of various bloodlines are able to summon starlets with vigorous training, and learn to control their new powers. __________________________ Overview ________________________________ Born of human grief and sorrow, Agrona are ravenous creatures who feed off of pain and fear. They come in various different forms, vaguely resembling humans and animals. Regardless of shape or form, Agrona are notorious for spines that jutt out of their body with a near-fatal venom. __________________________________________ Phases __________________________________________ -Phase 1 ~ Commonly "Dream" stage, officially Moonstruck Phase. | Agrona are brushed off as nightmares or scary dreams in this stage, though can go as far as leaving their victim in a coma, forever trapped in its grasp until the victim succumbs to old age or disease. -Phase 2 ~ Astral | Stalled between wakefulness and slumber, in this stage Agrona are incredibly dangerous. They sprout sharp, needle-like spines. Depending on the kind of Agrona, these spines could have several numbing or agonizing venoms. There is no known cure for such venoms, and many are left with amputated limbs or permanently scarred skin. -Phase 3 ~ Lucid | The final stage, Agrona are able to seep into the world and wreak havoc. Their goal at this stage is purely death. Toxins in their spines graduate into acids, coating the spines and any claws with a thick layer of mucus that sizzles and burns off most materials. __________________________________________ Appearance: __________________________________________ Agrona look like large, bumbling figures slathered in oily black slime. They take various forms of animals or humanoid figures, but phase two or higher always has thick, sharp spines like porcupine quills. _______________________________ Behaviours: _______________________________ Agrona are mindless and driven solely by their need to feed. Though more docile in their Astral state, they are more skittish than Moonstruck or Lucid. Agrona have shown no way to reproduce, and have not shown violent behaviors towards one another.
