Click on the calculator and type in your equation, or press EXP or Func for an exponent calculator or a function calculator (sin, cos, log, ...). You can use the numbers, "π", "e", and the operations "+" "-" "x" "*" "/" and "÷", as well as = and decimal points ".". Click on the 2D shapes button and tell it the shape and area or perimeter and it will ask you a few things like radius, side 1 length, or side 2 length, etc... It will then calculate the area or perimeter of the shape. Same thing for the 3D shapes button.
