Through use of an "X position" and a "Y position" variable I am able to create smooth movement by having the X and Y values change at the same time with the "Go to" block. This provides a smoother experience and helps the eyes follow the player sprite better. Try enabling the trail to see what I mean. compare the trail with and without archaic motion toggled (most projects use archaic motion which changes X and Y on different frames) So much smoother!
