People often claim that AI has some kind of awareness, or at least that it could one day gain it. However, at the moment, we are in control of it. It cannot become sentient. Yet. All mortal beings are typically blessed with some form of awareness. Whether that is of the nature of their existence, higher powers above them, or their own flaws. This world is different. I have not given them those forms of awareness. But the natural order of things may soon change that... They're adapting; learning. He looked right at me. He didn't see me. But he felt like he did.
