A-60, (From OG Rooms) A-100 (from Interminable Rooms) and E-60 (from Interminable Rooms) are all Multi monsters (Including A-105 from Rooms: Low Detailed)* In summery: Any entity with 2 faces instead of one (that both switch sprite every 1-3 seconds) are considered a "Multi Monster"
