the animation is about a girl that has a problem at school (you can invent the problem at the comments) and she is walking sadly home, when she finds a snowflake.That snowflake reminds her of the good times when it's snowing, so she thinks "It's ok to be sad or happy or any emotion, you can always enjoy the good times" :D
