tis a WIP but here's basically what the art is gunna look like. Tragedywings Tragedywings are very silly creatures despite their name. Many Tragedywings typically hunt on the ground due to their small wings. Most only fly during winter seasons. They hunt in groups of 5-7 Tragedywings at at a time. A group of Tragedywings is called a Tragedy. Their dark scales give them an advantage on the ground. The shiny gold accents play off as shiny objects their prey is attracted to. Tragedywings aren't very territorial, and are always welcoming fellow dragons into their territory. Every year during the winter, the Tragedywings come together and host a series of games. These typically consist of a hunting contest, a foraging contest, a flight contest, and a swimming race. There are three subspecies of Tragedywings: Savanna Tragedywings, Prairie Tragedywings, and Jungle Tragedywings. I will now go into detail about how these dragons hunt. Depending on the location in which the Tragedywings reside, they with either hunt from watering holes and rivers or prowl through tall grasses, or maybe leap from shady trees. Tragedywings living in river or marsh lands have evolved to have the ability to stay submerged in water for long periods of time. They will slip into the water just before the animals come to drink. When an unsuspecting creature comes to the water, 3-5 tradgedywings will emerge suddenly and bring the animal to the ground, taking it out within seconds. In the case of prairie-dwelling Tragedywings, they're smaller and more agile than the other tragedywing subspecies. They typically hunt deer and antelope. They will first find a herd of animals. The group of 6-8 tragedywings will stalk the herd until it is surrounded. They then herd the group into a small huddle and pick off as many as they need to feed themselves, leaving the rest to sprint off. Jungle Tragedywings eat a variety of fruits and animals. They're smaller than the Savanna Tragedywings, but larger than the Prairie Tragedywings. They pick off birds or sloths whenever they feel like it. They're much lazier than the other Tragedywings.
