This B-24D was named "Sittin' Bull" and flew 50 missions (the 50th mission was the white bomb) by late 1943 before being assigned to a new crew that flew six more missions before in it as "RANGOON RAMBLER" before it was decided to get some crewmen who completed their 50-mission tours and fly the B-24 to the US for a war bond tour.
