Bobatha is a grasshopper finger puppet.
Bobatha Poem On the recess of 10/15/24, My sister found Bobatha on the ground so she put him in the lost and found. The next day comes, with recess boring and cold Middle schoolers come out to play even tho they're old I visit the lost and found for an excuse to go inside And then I see a grasshopper with its legs open wide I bring it out and throw it at my friends They scream so shrill, the laughter never ends Then I throw Grasshopper at the fence And it miraculously soars through now its stuck on the other side- Oh no! What can I do? I stick my arm through, but its not long enough I realize that getting him back is going to be tough I go and get some sticks, thinking I can use them as tongs I try and try but to no avail-until Amelia comes along! We both grab a stick and drag him through the grass With Amelia calling him "Bobatha" until, finally, at last I stick my hand through, grabbing a bug that's lime While the recess whistle blows-I got him just in time! I bring him to science I bring him to english It's time for phys ed His excitement isn't hard to distiguish We go outside to play flag football But it's hard for him because he is so small So he perches on a cone, reffing the game He. Is. Bobatha! Bobatha's his name!
