Congrats for 100! :D Okay... here's my entry! Writing! :) Ramesh ran swiftly down the corridor, nervous and profound in thought. It was only a matter of time before disaster struck. "How did I not think of it?" He wondered as he stopped before a room. It was locked. "Why in blazes does this happen to me?!" He shouted as he tried to force the door down. A loud crack was heard. "Haha... finally!" Ramesh smiled, however, as he looked to the ground, his grin melted away, his face an ashen white. "What... no!" He said slowly. "No... NO NO NO!" He screamed as the ground underneath him gave way to open air... All went black. "Your friend met an unfortunate accident." Kai was absolutely shocked by the news as Officer Green explained. "Apparently, he was trying to get into a locked room. I know you must be in a state of shock, but do you care to explain this?" "S-sir, I-I-I have n-no idea..." "Or do you? What has in that room that Ramesh Gupta tried so hard to get into? What was in Room D3?" D3. That word got Kai thinking. He completely froze, as solid as stone, as pale as paper. "Dr. Lars?" Officer Green was slightly concerned. As sudden as lightning, Kai jumped from his seat and ran from the room, intent on reaching his destination before calamity did. Now, what was in D3? "...An unfinished chemical substance, that when left alone, could explode at any time unless kept in the right conditions." Dr. Konrad Schiller explained to one of his coworkers, who was a close friend. "So, you're saying that Ramesh and Kai got themselves into yet another prodigious mess?" Dr. Margaret Green, niece of Officer Green, replied. "Yes indeed." Konrad sighed. Those two can't keep themselves out of trouble." "Anyway, how's Ramesh doing? I hear he fell from the top of the facility, but I didn't want to believe it." "He did... fortunately, he's in a stable condition. However, he's in a sort of coma and doctors have no idea when he's going to wake up." Konrad slumped in his seat. "Ramesh survived an explosion, a gruesome beating from being captured, etc., etc.! There is absolutely no way this stopped him..." "...But it did, and that's precisely the point. We have to be more careful than anything Margaret. That could have been an attempt on his life. A lot of people want us gone. This is most likely not a coincidence." "Perhaps you are right, perhaps you're not. We'll just have to see." Part 2 is probs never going to come out lol I got no inspo anyway this is for a competition so... Also if this is too difficult to read I can put it in the project. :)
