Hey hello it's been a little while since i've updated my tos and I'd like to do over it again since it's been over a year since i've revised it. If you're linked here for any reason, it's probably for a dta/ota of some kind. You're free to skip to the design section if so, which is up at the top this time. [ Table of Contents ] - Designs - Art / commissions/owed art [ Designs ] This is the official ground rules for designs of all types. By owning a design by me, you're agreeing to this section of the tos (and depending on the piece + how you use the design, also the art section). While these are the most obvious things, there may be rulings that aren't perfectly within the specified boundaries. As the creator and distributor of the design to the public, I believe I should be allowed to express what I'd like to happen to the design (within reason, of course) in the case of it violating a personal boundary or my wishes for what can be done with it. For OTAS/DTAS: Unless I have given you the go-ahead, please do not use the design until results are out/you have finished your payments. I would rather everything in order before you get started on development, especially if you may need to back out in the future. Holds: Generally covering for art as well. Please do not promise me money you do not have unless you explicitly state in advance that it is a hold and how long you would need to hold for. This goes for any amount of currency at any time. Even if it's just a few hours, I'd like my money upfront and guaranteed rather than "maybe in the future". As an owner: - Please try to refrain from buying my designs just to sell/trade later. While it obviously isn't the end of the world, I'd prefer my designs go to someone who will enjoy them the first time. - If you are selling/trading one of my designs, I will kindly ask that you let me know or keep in mind where they have gone. Knowing where my designs are is preferred to me, as I'd like to keep track of how they are being used and moved around. - Try to refrain from selling my designs for an overbloated price from what you got them for. This can scale off of my own prices, yours, whatever you think the worth is, but the idea of a design of mine that might have 1-2 images being sold for an ungodly amount is not a desirable concept to me. You of course, are allowed to add added images to the price, simply avoid egregious prices for a sparklecat, thanks. - Avoid explicit non SFW themes for my designs, especially feral designs. Though I won't exactly stop you, please keep in mind that the design was made by a MINOR, and if I ever end up checking up on the design or taking them back, I may see that content. - When/if redesigning, please try to keep them somewhat recognisable. I'm totally fine with decatifying or humanisations, but a total ripup of the original concept would be a touch disheartening. - For items of art like references, large scale projects, or other media of note, I'd prefer to be credited for the design at least a general ~30-50% of the time. Generally, this just means to make sure people know who made the design, don't claim it as mine, whatever etc. Try to avoid confusion on that realm. - Just have common sense. Again, I am allowed to make rulings not explicitly lined here, and the best way to avoid a surprise revokation is to play nice. Thanks! [ Art / Commissions ] Regarding any kind of owed art/commissions. While I can't expect people I owe art for (especially for OTAs) to see this, it's to set a kind of general expectations and what I personally am fine with. If you are commissioning me, however, these are the complete terms that come with the piece and my work, and by commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to these terms: - The art piece you have received should and will be credited appropriately. If it is uploaded to anywhere, it should be credited to my user (fisshe). Though I won't be harping on you for every time it shows up, if it's not too intrusive I'd love a kind of credit somewhere (ie, a pagedoll with my art crediting the account that made it). - After you have received a piece, please do not make major edits to it. Smaller edits are discouraged. If I've missed a marking, or you don't like the colors, or something's just off, you are free to ask for modifications BY ME while I still have the file onhand. I'd prefer if I could acknowledge the mistake/dissatisfaction, and attend to it properly. - Again, common sense. Thanks. If you have any questions or if I may have missed anything, please let me know! I'm happy to address any concerns and answer any inquiries. Full Commissions Page: https://fisshcomms.c [remove] arrd.co
