It is basically a competition where you draw the character that you want, and if you win then you get the character! Simple! 『what are the rules?』 Oh there are a lot of rules… but don’t skip them!! There is a codeword in here that you have to include in your description so pay attention! - NO art that is not your own! Any entries that use other people’s bases, AI, tracing/stealing, or anything like that will not count!! - NO entries will count if they are submitted after the due date, no exceptions - NO intense species bending or redesigning! Make the character recognizable or it will not count!! For example, you may add accessories, add spots or smthn on Fear, and change the species to a dog but not a human - NO collabs! This is for fairness; if one of you won and the other didn’t, then idk how I’d deal with that. I’ve heard of people sharing characters, but I don’t really know how I feel about that, so just no. - NO guilt tripping! I am hosting a dta because it sounded fun, and if people try to guilt trip me I probably won’t do one again so if you want more of these then pls don’t do it :0 - NO complaining if you lose! Same reasons as above ^ - YES you can use any medium! Just try not to make like clay sculptures and other physical stuff like that, because then if you don’t win, what you gonna do with it? If you are willing to go all in and make some super elaborate and impressive sculpture or smthn then you’ll probably win anyways tho so you can do that if you really want to. ʅ（◞‿◟) ʃ - YES you can enter for more than one character! But NO you cannot win both!! - ummm… I think that’s it! If you have any questions pls ask!! 『how do I win?』 You win by making the best art of the character! And remember: QUALITY > QUANTITY Do not expect to win just because you made MORE art than everybody else. I will decide the winner by choosing who I think deserves the character the most/whose art I was most impressed by Things that will help boost your chances: - Games or projects with impressive/lots of coding - Animation memes, AMVs and PMVs - Lore! Part of the point of a dta is to be able to get a feel for the character, and creating a cool story/lore for them is a great way to do that!! - Scenes or big and elaborate pieces - Rendering!! I want to be able to tell that you put time and effort into your entries 『when is the due date?』 The due date is December 1st. I feel like that is enough time for a good amount of entries to come in, but lmk if you have a different date that you think could be better.
