A wisp of light Spreads through the night, Carrying the hope Of gold. The warmth of it all Lingering through Spring to Fall, Will illuminate in us forever Only if we learn to embrace it. Patch this hole in our hearts With this gift. Transfigure the barren dunes Into serene meadows The source or life The healer of strife The shadows of the darkness evanesces Only by the will of light. The vibrance that radiates off light Sends a wave of hopes and dreams It gleams amidst The evil of the world What are we to do without light? Light... The translucent token of dreams That saunter through the intertwined ropes Of the world
