In the Netherlands (Where I live, if you didn't know that), one man, named Arjen Lubach, said in his TV-show 'zondag met Lubach' ('Sunday with Lubach) that he wanted to be the pharaoh of the Netherlands! It started with a joke, but now he has enough signatures, they are going concult about it seriously. The balloon is: His pharoah logo, his TV-show logo, and as balloon himself behind his TV-show desk.
