~ notes ~ Welcome to the Ambience. It is a place where magic runs free! It may be underground, however the roof of the cave is non-existent to the elves and instead is a bright blue sky that may be grey and cloudy, or perhaps orange and pink at sunset. The water-tree keeps it safe with its magic and to non-magical beings is just an oak tree. The water-tree keeps the water suspended unless it is enchanting something, giving an elf a power, or leaking into the Pool. The Pool is the source of their light and power and can never be disturbed other than by the water drops. However, put in a bad potion and... you do not want to be there until it is fixed again. The elf depicted is 12 years old and is gaining her powers. Her name is Mira, which means "ocean", "peace", "admirable" and even "female ruler". Her mother and the leader of the water-elves decided on this because the leader knew Mira would be a strong character who would either lead to the victory or destruction of the elf-people, leading them to the above-ground area.
