whats up scratchers, I don’t do a lot of digital art as you can see from the amount of art I’ve made here in the big 2024 is quite small, but later I’ll be doing a traditional art dump! —First, lemme introduce myself a bit since I don’t come here a lot, I’m AnIBirdie10, or.. because i made this account when I was 10, and it’s been a long journey for me here, Because well, I did animations here before I deleted them all. I made map parts and all and I loved it, I enjoyed it, and I was obsessed. :) but I sort of lost interest mid-way, maybe I can start again. I’ve also been through a MASSIVE art block during the summer, so I intended to do a lot of traditional art in real life, And I really enjoyed it, I watched several videos and how to improve, where to start, what are the art fundamentals and all, and a lot more. Then, guess what? I’ve improved so much!! It’s worth it, literally no one is just “talented” in drawing, anyone can draw like this, they just got to know how, it doesn’t matter how long it takes, especially when learning fundamentals of art it can stress you out and have you quit art.. But please don’t! you can still push through, thank you so much for those people who complimented my art throughout my journey of digital and both traditional art. When I just turned 12 my art was nowhere compared to this art dump, I was a very lazy artist who never put any effort into any of my artworks, Because well, I spent too long on digital art! so I didn’t know where to start, especially with “the overwhelming” procreate, I started using procreate about 5-6 years ago when I only used blend tool and other random effects to make my art look good while it didn’t really as much.. But after 2 months of art block, I started to watch videos how to really get started and improve, not by talent, not by skill, but by pushing myself in a good path, by drawing everyday as I remind myself of things I took note by looking at references, other people’s art that inspired me. Sure, some artist gatekeeps, but I won’t, I will ultimately try my best to spread this word, I am a small scratcher who isn’t exactly “famous” yet, but I’m doing this for fun, to really enjoy things I like to do. The most recent one, when im in grade 7 , it was to study how effective light can be, and bc i loved the reference lol. 2. One I made in the summer break, right after it so like, right after grade 6. another simple light study and how soft complementary colours worked. 3. this one is pretty old, but it was in the summer break as well, trying out smooth textures first, really good for beginners:) 4. failed egg , It got a lil complicated for me but I still pushed thru :’) 5. this cloud was me trying out the oil pastel brush in procreate seeing what effect it gives off, 6. made in the summer break, trying to see how glass is like when you draw it out, a bit complicated to do but I still tried it out (: 7. my first hyperrealistic art, how I got into realism and all 8. After i played free draw in roblox, I tried using flat brush a lot more 9. same with this one 10. and this one, I drew this in a car ride LOL 11. old, OLD!! made this mid-way grade 6, I tried rendering but Oh my god i hate this so much now 12. grade 6, made this in a car ride, love the egg tho and thats it! thanks so much for looking, hope you liked this
