This is a rotating OTA, and I decided to throw a twist on it ^^ every month has a different theme, and two to five different characters based on that theme are in the ota :> There are three characters and three only for each month, but you can offer for any design, regardless of the month! You can offer for as many characters as you want, but you can only win one to two (It depends!) :'> If you didn't know, an OTA stands for "Offer to adopt". You can offer art or designs, and if I accept you then you can use the design that you offered!
