I used a book by Sean McManus, called Scratch programming in easy steps. It covers both Scratch 2.0 and Scratch 1.4. Then, I changed and added some scripts. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A WIP because I might add more sounds and words.
