Habitat: usually in coniferous forests, though there are some outlying clans who live in savannas and a few in tropical areas Mating habits: Pinewings mate for life, and are known to have multiple eggs throughout their lifetimes. the biggest recorded family of Pinewings had 8 dragonets and 2 adults Lifespan: Pinewings generally live to about 120 years, though many do not make it past 90. the oldest recorded Pinewing was nearly 300. History: Pinewings have a pretty uninteresting history. they have only had 3 animus dragons through their 5,000 year known existence, and only one is well known: Larch created the Amber Forest, a city of treehouses made up of trees that are complete amber. there was a war between them and the Sky dragons called Double-Sunclaws, which left both species with smaller populations. otherwise, there is not much to say. Capitol: Amber Forest Religions: while some worship the supposed gods of the Sky dragons (Juri, Altan, Hadewych, etc), though most worship the Creator. Pinewings, in fact, not recording in Pyrrhia or Pantala, and have no history there. some say they are descendants of Icewing/Leafwing hybrids, but there is no proof, and the two sets of wings offsets that theory.
