Dc. Myself So, Arkham war is a comic series I am in the process of creating since I don't have access to a computer to work on games and MMAM. The premise is that in order to reduce crime, the new mayor of Gotham, Hugo Strange, decides to have arkham island and black gate island secede from the city, becoming their own twisted cities run by the inmates. Arkham is run by Joker, while blackgate is ran by Penguin and other mobsters. After mayor Strange is mysteriously assassinated, the two island prisons decide to wage war for who gets to control Gotham, both sides turning Gotham into a war zone. Batman and his allies realize this full scale war is too much for them, but due to Riddler's communication net over the city and scarecrow's floating fear gas bombs, the bat family can not contact the justice league without Gotham becoming a bloodbath. Batman and his allies Robin, Nightwing, red Robin, red hood, and Azrael must try to stop both factions from destroying Gotham, while also fending off an off shoot faction of inmates lead by Scarecrow who only want to cause chaos, hoping the city burns itself to the ground. The court of owls, seeing that this war will destroy their city, send their Talon to join blackgate, as even the court knows that you can make a deal with Penguin, but the Joker is too unpredictable.
