Space for the next slide May 12th, 1900 After decades of monarchist rule, the Kareglian Republic declared a war of independence against the Kingdom of Ivania. While the Kareglians boast a large trade port, they are completely outmatched by the greater industrial means of the Ivanians, and their military is a quarter of the size. In addition, the Bremsilian Empire has been vocal in its support of the monarchists but does not wish to join the war on their side. May this war end swiftly and bring about peace, or will another conflict be at play?

Updates: The Monarch has now swiftly captured the Unlano (Oo-n-La-no) Grasslands (The inlands) and an independent "terrorism" army (Ivania Arms Company) has taken over their first target, Kargel Island/South Island. Skolistan has also imposed a complete blockade on all trade going from and to Kareglia. Both countries cooperated with the Bremsilian Republic to completely block the KR.
