It means offer to adopt to which the artist/creator is trading or selling an OC/design, you can offer for a character by offering to draw the artists OC's or you can also offer real money and once payment has been confirmed the character will be given to the new owner. And the character will be theirs's do do whatever they want with. Quality > Quantity RULES: - Read all rules before offering -Don't try and guilt-trip me please. -I am not taking real money, I accept premade characters, customs, and/or Art (things such as animations, full-bodies, headshots, busts, and scenes) -I do NOT accept any traced or stolen art! or hearts/loves, follows, shoutouts, or animation memes -If you don't complete payment within 1 month I will open it back up for offers unless there is a good reason you need an extension! ^^ -Don't use the design if payment has NOT been confirmed and finished, -it would be easier for me if you commented what you are offering, (ex: 1 premade, 2 headshots, 1 full-body) -If I do not respond to your offer it means I kindly decline - Don't try to lowball me -Have Fun!
