This is my recreation of the Red Screen of Death on the PS1. This screen only appears when the system knows a disc has been inserted into the console, but is not readable. The PlayStation is capable of reading PS1 games and CD's only, so if you inserted a DVD or Blu-Ray disc into the console, you would get this screen.
