"Food Waste" the game

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS: When you start the game you will be given a note that notes why we made the game. After the note disappears you will be taken to the start screen, there you click the “Pway” (Play) button. You will be taken to an option page where you can choose to, compost, sort, or give. Each option is a different way people stop food waste. COMPOST OPTION: If you chose the compost option you will be taken to a splash screen about composting and how you can do it (which is not really hard). Once you click the “play” button you will be taken to the game. You have to turn the handle to the wheel starts moving in circles by using your mouse. By moving the food waste in a circle, you are speeding up the process from food waste, to compost. Once you have finished turning the wheel you get beautiful compost. Do as many spins as you can to help the world stop greenhouse gases. Take the green knob at the top of the lever and spin it around as many times as you can, and try to do it as fast as you can. But be aware, if you move your cursor to fast your hand will let go of the green knob, so spin it as fast as you can, but just fast enough that you don’t lose your grip. (Hint, put your cursor on the very center of the lever and then spin it, it spin very quickly, but if you use this tactic don’t move the lever so fast it start making jumps. Otherwise it will make it so it doesn’t count as a spin, and you won’t get any credit for your “efforts”.) SORT OPTION: If you chose the sort option you will be taken to a splash screen about sorting and how you can do it (and again, it is really easy). Once you click the “play” button you will be taken to the game. You will be given a pile of trash, filled with plastic, tin cans, and food waste. You have to sort the trash and food waste by holding the items and dragging them to the correct placing. Once you sorted you are done. You have to move the fruits and peels and whatever to the compost, and things like broken glasses (giveaway) must be sorted into the “trash” bin. (Hint, if you get it wrong the game will reject your answer, and then you will have to start the game over again because you can’t win.) GIVE OPTION: If you chose the give option you will be taken to a splash screen about giving the food to the hungry, including animals and people, and how you can do it. Once you click the “play” button you will be taken to the game. You will run around trying to collect all the foods and fruits and edible items as you run, collect as many as you can though. Because if you don’t get enough then you will have to start all over again. And also there is a small bar on the right of your screen showing you how far you are, and how much longer it will take for you to reach the end. And don’t forget that the controls are: A , D , instead of: Left Arrow, and Right arrow. Be aware you only go left and right, not up and down. (Hint, if there is something on the other side of the road, don’t go for it, you most likely won’t make it in time, and always try to stay in the middle, then you have the most access you can probably have.)
