SOMETIMES THERE IS A BUG WHERE THE LEVEL IS STILL PLAYING BUT THERE ARE NO ENEMY REINFORCEMENTS LEFT, JUST RESTART THE GAME AND IT SHOULD BE FINE. THIS IS A SCRATCH BUG WHERE SOME CLONES BECOME INVISIBLE. THERE IS ALSO A BUG WHERE A TON OF UNITS SPAWN IN ONE SPOT, IF THAT HAPPENS THEN RESTART THE GAME. Press Q to command all vehicles/troops closer to your mouse pointer. Drag an item from the CATALOG and put it somewhere on the left side, then press space to build it. It will get deleted if you haven't placed it for more than 6 seconds. You Win by destroying all enemies (except the tiny units) Once a battle is longer than ten minutes, it will automatically end and give the victory to the team with the most buildings placed.
