His name is shocker he is a species that is unique he is the only one left of his species he was found on another planet he needs to be shocked every 10 minutes to survive the scientists who found him believe he lost his legs in a tragic accident and that he had legs and they were long he is related to another species named figure(doors reference) but they are opposite figure cant see but has great hearing and shocker cant hear but has great sight and he has a fish tank on his head so he can breathe. He is kept it a secret facility and is not known to the human eye.
