Arrow keys / WASD to move UP / W to swim Holding DOWN / S lets you sink a little faster Space to shoot (when you can that is - go explore) numbers to switch weapons.
Currently just a demo for a possible game I'm toying with - a underwater exploration / upgrade game The idea, so far, is you would upgrade your suit, giving you better maneuverability / more oxygen allowing you to explore further - no idea for a story or anything just yet. But I've not been too active lately and figured I'd put something out. Text engine by theChaotic SFX are made by me and music is from Final Fantasy 3 May 9th - original release - no animation only one screen, basic physics, Atlantium coins and health bars May 9th (part 2) - added animation and better physics, 3 map screens, sound effects and music May 10th - added a gun and some extra map stuff. May 10th (part 2) - added "Dark Souls" like coin retrieval mechanic on character death. May 11th - updated the health and oxygen bars so they are sprite based instead of pen based - now you can actually see them when you go swimming around - also adjusted their colours May 11th (part deux) - changed how Scuubie is effected by water, have improved hit box for breathing - if his head (mouth) is out of the water he can breath - also changed the plasma bullets to green - because blue totally doesnt show up well underwater - who knew? May 11th (part C) - added a key and door system I hope to use in the full game May 11th (part 山) - added a secret room (as in a room that if you don't go first you could miss) and an OXYTANK upgrade May 11th (technically 12th its midnight here) - added a map function - not entirely useful just yet, but in the long run would be pretty good to know where you have and haven't been May 16th - added a sweet plasma sword. May 17th - updated some graphics and physics stuff - just stabilizing things. May 17th part ニ - added a bullet activated button - will expand on this to open a room eventually which I plan on having a single enemy - hopefully once that is done, I should have enough stuff to make a decent game with it. May 23rd - adding an enemy which has terrible ai and can't be killed - will work on this, this is starting off
