A big era in aviation history has come to an end, as airlines switch to summer or winter schedules aircraft are being switched. Today marks the 10 year anniversary of the retire- ment of the KLM MD11, and today Qantas retired the 717 after beginning their fade out in September. Today Czech airlines also ceased operations by flying with callsign OK767, Marking over 100 years of service. An era in aviation has ended, on this day.
