I'm on a roll with all these art posts! Jk, I'll go back to posting every three weeks again eventually. Yeah, this is literally just The Smiths' album/compilation 'Hatful Of Hollow'. I won't deny that I'm obsessed with The Smiths (it's very obvious). The project title and sentence on the drawing ("I'll never make that mistake again") are both references to Girl Afraid, which is the song playing and also a song featured on Hatful Of Hollow. I don't even know why I made this, I mean, I like it a lot, I've gotten better at side profiles! I just can't recall why I decided to this, probably my Smiths obsession and new found love for drawing Dresden decided to combine and now I've got this. Also, before drawing this I saw a satirical 'art tips' video and one of those tips was "If you don't want to draw the mouth, draw a star instead!" and my brain went, "I can use this to my advantage." So yeah, star mouth :) I don't exactly know what's going on in this drawing of Dresden. I like to think that he's on a balcony, regretting some of his decisions that day, hence "I'll never make that mistake again". I'll be honest, I just chose that because I was listening to Girl Afraid while drawing this and it sounded nice. A loud crash echos throughout the courtroom as I tried to do a backflip off a table but failed miserably so now I'm lying on the tile floor, pathetically.
