The Animator Awards: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/32425399/ First off, thanks to @bonkaru for hosting this! I've been nominated for "Best Vector Animator." As far as I can tell, I've been the only one nominated in that category, but I'll do this anyways in case I haven't been paying close attention or someone else gets nominated as well. I am not the best at vector animation. Frankly, I'd be doing Bitmap more often if I had a good touchscreen to draw on. But that's not the case so here we are. I try to do more of my own thing, basing my animations off the Golden Age of animation, with an occasional "trendy" animation. Very few vector animators on Scratch actually try to make their animations move nicely, instead of the overly used squash and strech, like me. I don't upload regularly and don't even plan out big story arcs full of lore and such. I don't chase after the new funny thing (besides that one animation. We don't talk about that) or trends. Some of you may like that and others of you love to grind random phrases into your brains. I don't care who you vote for. It's just insane to be nominated in the first place. Make sure you appreciate all the talent these other nominees have displayed by say thanks or something. We do this for free, lol. What's your favourite cartoon?
