As the last pockets of Democratic resistance falls to General Belinsky's government, the whereabouts of the Republic's leaders have recently been uncovered. It has come to light that, with the remnants of the Navy, the Tsarina, President, and Prime Minster escaped with the last of the Democratic Government to Brightsburg's northern most territory of the island of Sovograd. Here, the President announce that the island would secede from Brightsia proper, proclaiming the Independent Republic of Sovograd. Both Brightsia and Sovograd have no stated intentions of conquering eachother, though this development has only recently come to light, and it is guaranteed it will cause controversy in the future.
