look with your eyes press space to see reference hold down to zoom I made this for an art trade with @cwkairabelajoy59703 Keep calm, keep safe, keep coding. Duckling out! credits music: crazy human psycho crush thumbnail: canva #art #blockshade #kirby #LovelyDuckling #all 11/20/24 I posted this pretty late at night, so i'll actually talk about it now, the day after lol! anyway, I'm trying out different styles from what I normally do for blockshading. this style is probably the most common style on scratch that involves reshaping circles. I'm working on another blockshade in this style, if I ever get it done because its taking FOREVER. I'm a big fan of this style, but I still really like my original style of hand making each shape from lines, just because of how easy it is to get a lot of precision from that. anyway, I'm going to keep experimenting so that I can learn more and improve! i've tried "line blockshading", I wasn't really a fan of it, though. if anyone knows any other styles for blockshading please let me know and send me some examples, because I always love trying new things out. If you've read this far, comment "starlight" 11/27/24 about a week later, I actually added a thumbnail and stuff to this project. I was so focused on getting the art trade done I forgot to make this a visually appealing project, lol 12/9/24 I revisited this project and realized I hated it just because there was no parallax code, lol, so I added that plus a zoom in code. also the background was boring so I made it change color. this is what happens when you're so focused on getting a project out that you forget all the fun details...
