v -INSTRUCTIONS- v - Click the green flag to load/reset a lot. - Select "Buy" to begin placing/changing items. -Exit "Buy Mode" to move around the room using the arrow keys. - Pressing "c" while in sell mode will clear room of all furniture. - Click on the item you want, then click where you want to place/change it. (Furniture can only be placed on available floor tiles.) - Press "x" while placing an object to delete it. - Once an item is placed, click and hold it to change its direction or position using the arrow keys. - Switch to "Sell" mode by clicking the sell button, and then click on the item you wish to remove. - Point and hold in the direction of the object to interact with using the arrow keys. - Press "Z" to Act on the object. - Click on the action to perform. - Press "C" to close the Action menu without performing an action.
Programmer's Note: I was getting tired and frustrated with the concept I was working on, so I took a break from it to finish developing this one first. I have another Concept like this one already made but this one incorporates that engine into the current design of the layout of the game. I'll most likely add more furniture and interactions over time, but this was enough for me to feel sure everything was working okay. ------------------------------------------------- *VERSION 1.0.1* - Player now appears on the correct layer when moving forward or backward. --------------------------------------- This is a test concept for the object interaction aspect of my Work-In-Progress life simulator game.
